Junior League @ The Oaks at The Oaks of St. George GC - Jul 2 2026, 6:00 p.m.

Program Description

The Junior League at the Oaks of St. George is a great way for your young golfers aged 6-15 to play golf this summer.  If your child is new to the game, or even has lots of experience playing, there is something for everyone in this league.

The league will be run by Greg Baetz, 20+ years as a Class A Member of the PGA of Canada along with an enthusiastic team of volunteers.  Each week there will be skill based instruction and practice games followed by on course playing opportunities.

Location:  The Oaks of St. George Golf Club
Dates: Thursday’s (July 2nd – August 27th) - 9 Weeks
Time: 6pm-830pm
Cost:  $199 plus tax

Students will be guided through the USKids Golf Player Pathway Program.  The Pathway program is a series of leveled and skill based books in which players will have the opportunity progress through during the summer golf season.

Parent Volunteers will be needed to help junior golfers navigate the golf course

The league will not be collecting or tallying scores on a weekly basis or providing weekly prizes.  This league is designed to teach the proper mechanics of the golf swing and get them more comfortable on the course.  They will learn etiquette and how to play by the rules of golf.

No payments are due at this time.  We will reach out for payments beginning in April.

Instructors Teaching This Junior Golf Clinic

Greg Baetz

With 20 years as a member of the PGA of Canada, I have always had a passion for the game of golf. I am currently teaching and accepting players of all ages who may be brand new to the game, or have been playing for a little while but just want to get better and want to learn the proper techniques of the swing.  Golf is definitely more fun to play when you are playing well and have more consistency.  I really like to focus on the fundamentals and the proper setup positions which are the keys to the beginning of a  successful golf swing.  I always use video swing and the latest in A.I. analysis in my lessons.  Let's get started!
